* Sil is another recurring foe unique to a specific Doctor, encountering the Sixth Doctor twice on-screen with a third encounter being scripted and later adapted as a novel and audio play. His use of a cell transmogriphier on Peri in order to distract the Doctor from exposing his schemes is one of the most personal attacks on the pair which they both still dwell on when they encounter him again. The Doctor even believed for a time that Sil had caused Peri's death. They would encounter each other again in the audios, with Sil specifically targeting the Doctor and having him subjected to cruel medical experiments as revenge for their earlier encounters. As a NonActionBigBad CorruptCorporateExecutive, he is the antithesis of this more physical and more anarchic incarnation.
