This page is so biased it's not even funny. While Makoto did say he loves Haru, there's no indication that it was meant to be a confession or that they started dating after that. It's fine to say stuff like that in a Ho yay section but this is the main page.

** [[spoiler:He switches to ''boku'' during his LoveConfession to Haru.]]

* LoveConfession: [[spoiler: Makoto to Haruka.]]

** Also, while Makoto and Haruka's relationship has just as many [[HomoeroticSubtext moments]] in the novel, it never went beyond subtext. [[spoiler:The movie gives us a LoveConfession, confirming the romantic nature of the relationship.]]

* StraightGay: [[spoiler:Makoto isn't camp and shows no interest in girls, but confesses his love to Haru. Haru, who is similarly uncamp and uninterested in girls, reciprocates.]]
