In the future, poop has become the main energy source. All citizens are implanted with anal identity chips at birth; and when they defecate in public stalls, they receive an addictive, hallucinogenic popsicle called a juicybar as a reward. If too many are eaten, juicybars can cause people to transform into small, blue, and [[TooDumbToLive stupid]] {{mutants}}. These mutants have been organized by a [[UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler Hitleresque]] charismatic leader named The Diaper King, into a revolutionary cell called The Diaper Gang and they are constantly hounded by police forces, aided by an [[{{Determinator}} unstoppable]] government cyborg. Everyone wants to control the juicybar supply. The police, the mob, and the Diaper Gang. Jimmy the Freak, a drug-addled porn director, stumbles onto a means of tricking the system into over-dispensing juicybars and he hands this information to the leader of the Diapers. They then recruit porn star/wannabe-actress [[LivingMacGuffin Beauty]] (a woman imbued with the power to defecate several times a day) to be the vessel for a blessed anal chip and soon accidentally lose her to Aachi and Ssipak, small time hoodlums who make a living stealing juicybars from other people. This results in the police, the mob, and the Diaper Gang all chasing after them.

* WardrobeMalfunction: Beauty slips up at least once due to {{Gainaxing}}.

* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: The Diaper King and his Diaper Gang subordinates are eerily similar to UsefulNotes/NorthKorea, given how the Diaper King often talks about having a revolution, and runs a CultOfPersonality within his gang, as well as having his subordinates paint murals of him depicted in a messianic way as well as portraying his own Diaper Gang as a military rather than the group of thugs they are, while simultaneously treating them like garbage and executing them for not being of immediate use to him.

* YouGottaHaveBlueHair: Beauty.

* EliteMooks: The Diaper King has Dr. Strange create cybernetic frankenstein monster-like supermutants in the last hours of the film, which range from hulking brutes with great strength, to a superfast, blade-wielding duo that can keep up with speeding vehicles and slice faster than the naked eye can see, and even two headed monsters who have [[GatlingGood miniguns]] [[ArmCannon replacing their forearms]]. Another duo of supermutants who ride a superpowered skateboard and a motorcycle show up during the minecart sequence to give Geko a fight.

** The face and general head shape of the police captain heavily resembles the [[Franchise/DCAnimatedUniverse DCAU]] version of Superman, with the only difference being that his eyes are different, along with him being blond and having being slightly more pale to fit in with the movies palette.

* RuleOfCool: All over the place. Geko is easily the most heavily subjected to this, due to having superhuman agility and fighting abilities that enable him to pull off feats like shooting at a bunch of Diaper Gang members so quickly that him shooting them is shown as afterimages of his arms firing his pistols.

** These scene where Beauty is bouncing down a huge flight of stairs while strapped to a motorcycle could be a subtle parody of the baby carriage in ''Film/TheBattleshipPotemkin'' (or the one in ''Film/TheUntouchables1987'', though that is itself a shout-out to ''Potemkin'').
