* Treat's casual agreement to scare a fox off for Mochi is a little odd, given her nonconfrontational nature. Did she just correctly assume Moxie would run away as soon as she showed up, or was preparing to fight her physically if need be?

* Mochi doesn't seem to display any worry over Juju seeing her with Treat in the first game until after she's spotted. Was she naive enough to think Juju would believe Treat means no harm, or is she simply unconcerned with what other rabbits think?
* Is Trick really as optimistic as they present themself to be? Or are they just that much better at hiding pain from losing their master?
* Is Juju a poor girl [[spoiler:whose genuine love for her missing father]] led her down a dark path, or is she a shallow prick who's happy to treat predators like crap and use her past as an excuse for it? Does she really care for Mochi or is she just a ControlFreak towards her?

* Did Mango stay with Treat's pack because he feared he'd be a burden on his family like he said, or could it be because he thought it'd make him look crazy to say that a wolf helped him out of the snow in exchange for a measly rice ball?

* Moxie's mom was shown to be ruthless to her daughter, but her conversation with Trick is surprisingly civil. Is she a genuinely respectful character despite her shadiness, or someone who looks down on everyone and is able to fake being approachable?

* On that note, did Moxie's dad really leave just because his wife's business sunk and he only cares about her money, or because she's unpleasant behind closed doors? Same thing can be inquired about the sons who left with him.
* Trick's master raised them to adulthood then left without a word after they joined a pack supposedly as a CruelToBeKind gesture allowing them to learn to be a real wolf. Was that his plan from the beginning or did it slowly occur to him that he wouldn't be able to look after them forever over the years? Was there a part of him that wanted to do it because he wants to continue living his own life doing something he loves? "Trick Comes Home" gives us some answers: [[spoiler:It seems it was his plan from the beginning since the shelves have been empty since the day Trick brought Treat to meet him, and his reasoning for leaving was to make up for a mistake in the past involving the All-in-one Book of Lore he authored with other people]].
* Since Senbei had no significance in his sole appearance (thus far), one wonders if he's actually a NiceGuy like Juju says who happens to have bad friends, or a BitchInSheepsClothing who's as nasty as other rabbits and can even be suspected in [[spoiler:the wreckage of the garden]]. One secret ending answers it: [[spoiler:He really is bad, and is indeed the mastermind behind the garden being destroyed]].
* As for his dad Brickzo, he seems to be a genuine NiceGuy, but is he a PunchClockVillain like Mr. Mousse who has no problem with predators despite his job, or another prejudiced person against predators?

* If you interact with Mochi before asking Genoise for time off in "Lucky Number Moxie", she'll suggest bringing Treat and Moxie to meet her parents sometime. Does this mean her parents aren't consumed by FantasticRacism like most rabbits are, or simply because they would support their only daughter out of unconditional love?
* Does the cat mother care about her child at all? Or does she only use them as an excuse to get mad at Trick? The fact that she didn't show any concern about her child going missing suggests the latter.

* There's a lot of mystery surrounding Trick's biological parents. Were they neglectful and possibly abusive enough to abandon their child, or are there actually sympathetic circumstances to them leaving Trick behind somehow?
* Because of their initial status as {{Unknown Character}}s, [[spoiler:it's left ambiguous whether Grenadine and Capillaire truly felt guilty about writing the All-in-one Book of Lore like Myrrh did. The fact that he wished to contact them again to fix things suggests they do, but it remains to be seen]].

* In the first secret ending, it is unclear whether the other wolves of Glaze are kept oblivious to Timber's foul nature thanks to his manipulations, or if they are just as evil as him and happily support his efforts to murder rabbits and manipulate Treat.
* As for Timber himself. Is he actually saddened by his father's murder at the hands of rabbits, or is he merely using it to justify his reprehensible acts? And as a matter of fact, is that story even real or did he make it up?

* What about his mother Tundra. If the story is true, is she also saddened? She doesn't talk about it at all like Timber so it's unclear.

* THEN, there's the question of whether this father was as bad as his family, hence why he was murdered so is somehow the TokenGoodTeammate and his murder was because of a misunderstanding.
