- The Chronicles Of Narnia vs. Harry Potter, probably due to both being childrens' series on opposite ends of the spectrum as far as religion is concerned. The fact that the film of the books of Voyage of the Dawn Treader and Deathly Hollows Part 1 are both being released in December 2010 is really not helping.

Lale: I belong to both fandoms, and I've never come across anything like this. Was the original poster maybe having "right brain-left brain issues" and meant to write His Dark Materials? The bulleted correction is right, too, especially in light of Deathly Hallows, so why would these two be rivals?
OP speaking, perhaps I should've been more specific. Their movies are at war. I vividly remember trolls bashing the Narnia films because of the impending release of Order of the Phoenix. Granted, I'm sure there was flames thrown back at the HP fandom, but nevertheless it's only going to get worse when the third Narnia and the seventh HP films release within a week of each other...
