"the ethnic Germans of Bohemia-Moravia had consistently voted for extremist nationalist parties (Communist or Fascist) who had advocated independence or political union with Germany in every general election since the country's formation in the aftermath of World War I." - I do not know, where someone found this rubbish, but until economic crisis of 1929 and elections of 1935, Sudeten Germans mostly voted for autonomist, social-democratic or agrarian parties. Sd P, de facto nazi party within Czechoslovakia, won 1935 elections. In 1929 elections, largest Sudeten German party was social-democratic DSAP.
And so, agression against Czechoslovakia was classical German/Nazi expansionist policy, as they supported Sd P, armed their paramilitary units (Freikorps) and spread anti-Czech propaganda.
