I'm not sure what trope it would fall under, but at the end of the episode, as Obi-wan leaves Alderaan, Tala's holster can be seen on Leia to no longer be empty: Lola's using it as a sort of crib.
In fact, there are several heartwarming moments with Lola in the episode. When Kenobi takes off his cloak in preparation for dueling Vader and finds them hiding, he smiles. Leia loaned him her best friend and good luck charm (also, even if droids can't use the Force, good luck ever convincing this troper that the Force doesn't use droids!). He places them on the dash, but he doesn't shut them off; and their little trilling beep is interpreted on the Disney+ subtitles as "worried whistle.". And, of course, at the end, he returns them to their best friend, Leia.
