I'm leaving it on the page for now, but
- The most famous examples include Scarecrownote , Two-Facenote , Poison Ivynote , Penguinnote , The Riddlernote , Catwomannote , Mr. Freezenote , and The Jokernote . Lesser known, but still highly important villains, include Hushnote , Harley Quinnnote , Clayfacenote , Killer Crocnote , Ra's Al-Ghulnote , Deadshotnote , Banenote , Mad Hatternote , and Black Masknote . He's also got a bunch of lower-tier villains like Killer Moth, Firefly, Ventriloquist and Scarface, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Great White Shark, Narcosis, the Court of Owls, Professor Pyg, Dr. Dadelus, Ten-Eyed Man, KG-Beast, Black Spider, Lock-Up, Steeljacket, Orca, Roadrunner, Dr. Phospherus, Lord Death Man, Flamingo, and Cluemasternote
Do we really need the descriptions of each of them? None of the other examples have them.

I was wondering if the famous mob scene from "The Great Piggy Bank Robbery" with Daffy Duck could be considered an example of a Rogue Gallery... I think that at least it invokes this trope. Or maybe I just like that cartoon too much.

Shouldn't there be any Rogues Gallery in Anime/Manga?

Probably nobody has added an example yet.

Question: should the mooks and bosses in Beat 'em Up games be considered members of a Rogues Gallery for the heroes? I'm thinking specifically of Final Fight and Streets of Rage.
Should fairy tail have a rogues gallery?
