There's a show, I can't remember the name of it but it used to air on the BKN block alongside Sky Surfer Strike Force... A gritty 90s superhero team, one of whom was a scrawny kid who transformed into a musclebound adult hulk, like Captain Marvel but with less lightning and more green goo.
