Master of Your Domain, Heroic Willpower, Enlightenment Superpowers, and Charles Atlas Superpower all cover the original meaning of Mind over Matter. I don't know if there is a redirect for telekinesis, but I think there is and if there isn't, I don't know how to make one but someone should.
As for the naming scheme, I think it goes with the theme of the elemental powers like Making a Splash, Dishing Out Dirt, Playing with Fire, where the idiom is dropped for a more literal and cooler definition.
There is probably a catchier name for Telekinesis so it covers operating any physical things at a distance, even if it doesn't involve psychic powers, such as an enhanced Tractor Beam or power tools using Minovsky Physics, but I can't think of one right now. Also, those examples of non psychic telekinesis would probably go under Gravity Gun.
How about "Remote Operation" which is kind of a translation of Telekinesis and easier to look at. It would be a Super-Trope of Mind over Matter, Gravity Master, Gravity Gun, Tractor Beam, and such.

The Monkey Flys at Midnight and the Crow Dies at DawnThe 1982 Scott Baio film "Zapped!" was about a high school boy who became telekinetic and used the power for only trivial reasons such as beating up bullies, winning at sports and stripping pretty girls WHICH IS WHAT WOULD REALLY HAPPEN.
Why isn't this just called "telekinesis" or something? "Mind over Matter" means something completely different.
