"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanCould I just point out something; the page image shows her kicking high, and her leg seems like it's in the right place (side-kicking, has her body turned sideways, heel extended out), but she should not have her hand sticking out like that! It should be tucked against her body, and the pose would look just as good and somewhat more serious. This crap bugs me, you know?
Hide / Show RepliesExcept this trope is in play because it isn't practical, but fanservice-y.
How is this even a god-damn trope? A girl who prefers to kick people isn't a trope.
Hide / Show Repliesread the trope. this isn't "girl kicks", its "girl kicks due to fanservice reasons"

There's a discussion thread regarding the image for this page here; I tried to link the thread but it didn't take...I'll try again.
Regarding the page image caption, can it really be called a critical hit when the illustrated attack is an instant kill?
