One of the advantageous of being a Gatchaman/Battle of the Planets and (especially!) G-Force:Guardians of Space fan: I learned early and fast that not everybody knows this (awesome) show. And that leads to wondering/assuming not everyone knows other shows either.
Had a rather hilarious example happen in a chat room, with a couple American friends and a British friend, before Christmas. Apparently the Grinch isn't necessarily well known over on the Isles... one of the friends sent him a bunch of Christmas presents on the subject of American animated traditions!
Educating those who don't know is half the fun.

Am I the only one which sees that this trascends TVT? It could be a good idea to separate the bullet points into those which applies to everything inside or outside of TVT, and those which only concern to TVT.

While the "potholing characters" thing also counts under Zero Context Example, potholing characters/items/etc rather than linking the work with its name can also result in duplicate examples on more crowded folders/subpages, as some tropers use ctrl+f to find if the example they want to edit in already exists. I'm not sure how to put this onto the page, so could someone else?
