The radio examples feel odd to me. For the dramas, reducing the amount of narration in a work of literature by putting it in dialogue seems to be essentially saying "they turned it into a radio play". And for the comedy, I doubt that this one moment is the only or even most notable point when I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue deviates from the plot of Macbeth, but I'm not sure parodies count.
