No, I think he belongs in ShadowClan. He was only in ThunderClan for three books in the main series, and ShadowClan too, but ShadowClan was where he ultimately ended up staying and dying. It's true that he tells other cats different things, but that's because he's telling them what they want to hear (though his personal feelings on loyalty are unknown, even to Rock.) Whenever cats talk about him, they refer to him as the ShadowClan leader (or else mention that he was a ThunderClan deputy that joined ShadowClan), and Secrets of the Clans and Cats of the Clans both sort him with ShadowClan.
The only reason we started the Dark Forest section on Warrior Cats Others was because we didn't know what Clan cats such as Shredtail and Snowtuft belonged to. Mapleshade, too - after her Clan was revealed, we had decided to leave her on the Others page only because it was mentioned in one book and is a major spoiler (to the degree that it affects the way you view the plot) for said book.
So, I think he should stay on the ShadowClan page.
I don't think Tigerstar belongs on this page. He was a member of ThunderClan for most of his life on-screen and off-screen, and had ThunderClan blood. As well, in the Dark Forest his claims of Clan loyalty vary depending on who he's talking too, and the Clans can't agree on whether he should be considered ThunderClan or ShadowClan. I think Word of God is also neutral on whether he should be considered ThunderClan or ShadowClan.
Can I move him to the Dark Forest folder on Warrior Cats Others instead?
