I deleted a couple entries on Stormfront's sheet based on this (four second) trailer clip, and edited one other, because it's unclear what's going on here. She seems to already have a chest wound at the beginning of the clip. Given how nasty it looks, I doubt she's doing it for sexual reasons. My guess is either she plans to show off the wound and lie about the source (perhaps blaming one of the heroes, an alleged "supe terrorist", or both), or he's cauterizing a wound from another source.

Stormfront's Backstory

I deleted the Adaptational Backstory Change entry for Stormfront, because frankly we don't know anything about her backstory. Given that she's much older than she seems, it's quite possible she's both a literal Nazi and the first super—and the former would explain why Vought International wouldn't want to admit to the latter. This seems especially plausible given that in the series, Vought International was founded by a Nazi war criminal.
