I'm willing to argue that Lugo is the Spock and Riggs is the Mc Coy. When choosing between the CIA agent and the civilians Lugo argues for the agent while Riggs argues for the civilians. The agent is the logical choice as the intelligence asset while the civilians are civilians. Then later it is Lugo who kills the Radioman is an seemingly rather cold fashion.

Should we perhaps un-spoiler everything in the sheet? You can't really read through much of the article without spoiling something, and policy dictates you can't hide tropes.
