Shouldn't the flag under Rock and Ivy's bios be a flag of the Kingdom of England and not Great Britain, since the Kingdom of Great Britain wasn't formed until 1707 and their appearances are in the late 16th century?

I changed Rock's flag to the flag of the Kingdom of England; I left Ivy's, however, as she appears in SCV, which takes place in 1607, after the Union of the Crowns and the first appearance of the Kingdom of Great Britain's (the "Union Jack") flag.
On Rock Adams, is it worth mentioning that the name change MIGHT be because the first English visitor to Japan (during the Sengoku Jidai, at the time of the game) was William Adams, and the author who wrote a book about him (Giles Morton, the book was called Samurai William) wrote another book called Nathanial's Nutmeg?
I know, it's a long shot...
