- Alternate Character Interpretation: One proposed in Psykakuten's Let's Play of the House game, based on this exchange, is that the titular character went through a depressive episode sometime before the games took place. (Which on the plus side would make his optimism in the rest of the game Heartwarming in Hindsight.)Mulle: What would life be without something to do? *Nervous laughter* Then you'd have to sit down and start thinking... Heh, uh, then- then you never know how things would turn out...Ola (LP'er): Aww, it sounds like he had some mental problems before!Johan (2nd LP'er): Poor guy.
- Funny Moments: In the first game, it is possible to build a car without a proper driving wheel. The second game also allows you to build boats just a little too heavy to keep afloat with passengers onboard. In both cases Mulle won't notice these problems before he's gotten into the vehicle and crashed/sunk it.
- Memetic Mutation:
- Since the protagonist's original voice actor is a minor case of Playing Against Type, fans occasionally make him say and do things a child-friendly character shouldn't using other voice clips by the same actor.note A particularly wide-spread example of this is this video review of Builds Cars, which ends with an argument between the reviewer and Mulle, using clips from the film The Hunters for the latter's lines.
- The punny idea of Mulle Meck building Mechas has gotten some traction, along with the fake cover that Redditor gameguran made featuring it.
- Woolseyism: The translated versions of the games were localised well enough that players in other countries than Sweden have believed that the series was native to their own country.
