• Ass Pull: While Kurt Angle has said ever since Jason Jordan and Chad Gable teamed up that he wanted to work with Jordan and/or Gable in WWE and many fans were in agreement with the idea, almost nobody would've called that the "mystery scandal" storyline on Raw involving Angle, his phone, and Corey Graves revealing Jordan to be Angle's kayfabe son would've been how that came to be.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: Of the two, Chad Gable is by far the more popular one, due to his incredible wrestling skill that fans compare to Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan, and his amazing, often hammy mic work. This continued for many years after Jason Jordan's forced retirement, despite WWE leadership's persistent inability to see past his lack of size.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: This tweet. A fan actually made a T-shirt reading "Kurt Angle is Jordan's dad!" and showed it to Jordan and Gable at WrestleMania 32's Axxess, more than a year before Angle's "mystery scandal" storyline turned out to be that Jordan was his (kayfabe) son.
• Spiritual Successor: To The World's Greatest Tag Team. Curiously, Shelton Benjamin was Chad Gable's next tag team partner after American Alpha disbanded.
