Extreme Football (Foot 2 Rue Extrême) is a French-Italian 3D-animated series created by Philippe Alessandri, Marc Beretta, Monica Rattazzi and Giorgio Welter. It consists of 39 episodes, each 22 minutes long and premiered on April 19 2014 on France 3, Ludo. It is inspired by the book La Compagnie des Célestins (The Company of the Celestines) by Stefano Benni. The series is a Sequel to Street FootballTropes:
- All-CGI Cartoon: Unlike Street Football.
- The Bully: Most of the Dark Side members pick on the other teams, like when the Dark Side steal Greg's ball and threaten to beat him up if he tells anyone else.
- Character Tics: Fat wipes his nose when talking.
- Colour Codedfor Your Convenience: Each team has their own color code.
- The Team: Blue
- Dark Side: Black and purple
- The Magics: White and yellow
- The Ninjaz: Green
- Del Toro: Orange
- Everyone Has Standards: In "Not My Fault", even Sly ends up apologizing when everyone disobeys the ref and can't play football anymore.
- Maintain the Lie: In In Your Dreams, Louna lies about dating Pablo and being able to do a bicycle kick.
- Mistaken for Betrayal: Dimi is bullied by the other Dark Side members, and he finds an ally in Greg, who even helps him train for the next game; however, in wanting to help his enemies, he is seen as a traitor.
- New Friend Envy: Greg isn't too pleased to have Samy's friend, Colin on the team, because Greg feels like Colin is replacing him.Greg: Well, if Colin's so great, he could just take my place then.
Samy: Great idea! let's do that. - Not-So-Forgotten Birthday: The Team pretend they forgot about Joey's birthday in order to plan a Surprise Party for him.
- Official Couple: Sly and Crina, Samy and Zahra.
- Phony Psychic: In Power of the Mind, Joey has meets a man who convinces him that he has psychic powers.
- You Are Grounded!: Happens to Samy after getting an F and then lying to his mom.
- You Never Did That for Me: When Louna is made goal-keeper with Joey, he gets jealous because she's getting more encouragement.Joey: I stopped all these cannon shots and no-one says anything. Louna stops all these baby shots and the world applauds.
