MasakoTeam
is a YouTuber and modder hailing from Latvia. He is best known within the Saints Row community for the Ultor Uprising mod, as well as Saints Row 2 cutscenes that have been altered to have different characters and objects or tell an entirely different story.
I have some trope examples that I would like to show your audience if you don't mind.
- Adaptational Badass: In Saints Row 2, Dane Vogel primarily relies on the Masako for protection and surrendered to the Boss the moment he was cornered and held at gunpoint. In MasakoTeam's world, Dane's a more capable fighter and even did some wetwork of his own.
- Adaptational Jerkass: Again, Dane Vogel. In Saints Row 2, he was self-serving and corrupt, but professional in his dealings. In MasakoTeam's world, Dane has a bigger ego, a dirtier mouth, and next to none of his original professionalism.

Angst? What Angst?: In Saint Row 2, Maero was visibly distraught when he learns he had accidentally killed Jessica in the monster truck rally. In "You remind me of my old house cleaner...", Carlos shoots her dead after she tells him the magic words and, after a delay, Maero resumes the Brotherhood-Saints negotiations as if nothing happened. - Author Avatar: The Boss in the modded cutscenes is a Masako agent with reddish-pink skin, Maero's face tattoo on his balaclava and a pair of red goggles.
- As of December 2020, MasakoTeam has another Boss in the form of MindLessSaint (who was the Boss for the channel of the same name, which in turn was one of his older channels). This Boss has spiky hair, Brotherhood face tattoos, a bandana, a black and purple Ronin Jacket with a purple undershirt (one which has a fleur-de-lis on the front), fingerless gloves, and purple and black cargo pants. MasakoTeam will alternate between his Boss and MindLessSaint depending on whether the cutscene focuses on the Saints or Ultor.
- Black Comedy Rape: In The True Secret Ending of Saints Row 2, Johnny Gat drags Shogo Akuji into Aisha's house and has his way with him on her new coffee table while she and MindLessSaint watch.
- Butt-Monkey: His modded cutscenes exaggerates Donnie's status as this, and often has him killed, beaten, or otherwise degraded.
- Catchphrase: "I have some pictures that I would like to show your audience if you don't mind."
- Crazy Homeless People: They call him "Nuclear Hobo"! Don't make him pee on you!
- Game Mod: He makes some from time to time. One of his best known works is Ultor Uprising, which puts you in the boots of an unnamed Masako agent in an alternate universe where the Ultor Corporation was more active in pursuing their end goal.
- I Can't Believe It's Not Heroin!: Those hotdogs sometimes replace drugs (as mentioned under Running Gag) and are implied to have hallucinogenic properties.
- Mind Screw: Some of the cutscenes are just weird.
- Running Gag:
- The infamous "I have some pictures" quote from Dane Vogel.
- Hotdogs tend to acts as replacements for various objects, such as cellphones, guns, and drugs.
- Screw Yourself: In The True Secret Ending of Saints Row 2, after Maero tells Vogel to go fuck himself, the latter does exactly this (in Aisha's house, for some reason).
- The Thing That Would Not Leave: Dane Vogel assumes this role in "Dane just won't leave". Johnny demonstrates a low tolerance for this behavior, as Dane is carried outside and placed in a garbage bin.
- Trademark Favorite Food: In the later videos, MindLessSaint could go for some Freckle Bitch's (and occasionally get some more Freckle Bitch's after that).
