Given how Izuku's Super-Speed works, he could move and put Kurogiri on "Neutral", preventing him from moving and/or using his Quirk, thus allowing everyone to retreat.- Semi-confirmed. Izuku destroys the gate and Thirteen manages to escape with some of the students.
