Sunday Night Suicide, also known as VS Suicide Mouse, was a Friday Night Funkin' Game Mod created by MayMayz4Dayz (also known as TheMayz) and SonicBoyForLife, later owned by TheShipySea. It's based on the famous Creepypasta Suicide Mouse.
From the GameBanana description:
"One night on the town, you're spending some time with your hot girlfriend when a certain rodent bumps into you. You're excited to see it's the one and only Mickey Mouse! But he seems more... down than usual. Eh, everyone has their off days. You offer him a song to cheer him up. Little do you know how much of a mistake that truly is..."
While an update was planned for the mod featuring additional characters and songs, on May 16th 2022, Star_Lyt announced that he was leaving the Friday Night Funkin' community and deactivating his YouTube channel, although progress on the mod will still continue as he gave ownership of the mod to Shipy, who renamed it to Sunday Night Suicide Overhaul... which would then be cancelled again due to Shipy getting stressed over it.
The mod can be downloaded on GameBanana here.

Sunday Night Suicide provides examples of:
- Adaptational Angst Upgrade: Needless to say, Mickey Mouse has barely any angst to speak of, and the version in the original Creepypasta doesn't have any backstory at all. In this mod, Pluto was infected with rabies and had to be put down, Donald and Goofy died in a car crash, and Mickey recently discovered Minnie was having an affair with Pete. This, combined with the need to act pleasant for his young fans, is likely the cause of his declining mental state.
- Adaptational Jerkass: In standard Mickey Mouse media, Minnie is Mickey's sweetheart and hates Pete just as much as him. In the mod's lore, her affair with Pete is part of what causes Mickey's depression.
- Adaptational Sexuality: According to Word of Gay in a now-deleted YouTube post, Mickey in this mod is asexual.
- All There in the Manual: Many of the mod's lore is explained in various YouTube community posts by the devs.
- Body Horror: According to a post from the devs, Mickey's depression and stress caused him to rip off his own tail, hence why he doesn't have one in the mod.
- Death by Adaptation: In the mod's lore, Goofy and Donald got into a fatal car crash because Goofy took an exit lane instead of an enter lane, and Pluto was euthanized.
- Deliberately Monochrome: Everything in the mod is rendered in black-and-white, emulating the subject short of its origin.
- Diegetic Soundtrack Usage: "Unhappy" features prominent Leitmotifs from the themes of both Steamboat Willie and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
- The Fourth Wall Will Not Protect You: Mickey stares straight at the screen while giving his laugh right before his Sanity Slippage in "Happy". At the very end of "Really Happy," Mickey pulls a Jump Scare to the player.
- Ghostly Gape: Mickey gives one straight towards the player just before his breakdown.
- Interface Screw:
- After the laugh signaling Mickey's Sanity Slippage in "Happy", the screen begins uncontrollably shaking whenever he sings, which he does for the remainder of the song.
- The screen shakes even more during "Really Happy," ESPECIALLY during the Jump Scare at the very end.
- Interrupted Suicide: It wouldn't be called Suicide Mouse without it. While it doesn't appear in the mod itself, a pre-release trailer has Mickey about to stab a syringe into his arm just before he meets Boyfriend.
- Laughing Mad: A short one with a Repetitive Audio Glitch is given at the halfway point of "Happy", signaling Mickey losing it.
- Nightmare Face: After Mickey snaps in "Happy", his eyes go blank white and his grin turns to a massive Slasher Smile.
- That's nothing compared to the Jump Scare at the very end of "Really Happy."
- Old-Timey Cinema Countdown: The opening cutscene starts with a Retraux countdown to 2, complete with old-timey film tape artifacts, to resemble a vintage Mickey Mouse cartoon.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: While Boyfriend and Girlfriend have their usual acts going on in most of the main songs, by the time they reach "Really Happy" and "Smile", Boyfriend takes the whole situation seriously, dropping the Fearless Fool act throughout both songs, and Girlfriend is rightfully horrified at the unnatural and twisted appearance of Mickey in the songs.
- Retcon: Shipy has confirmed that anything that the mod will be rewritten such that TheMayz's influence (such as the NEO and Soft variants of Suicide Mouse) will be either gone or reworked into other characters.
- Sanity Slippage: Mickey starts off with a melancholy look on his face during "Unhappy", then gains an eerie grin and Empty Eyes after his defeat. By the halfway point of "Happy", this has devolved into a full-on Nightmare Face.
- Shout-Out:
- The skulls in the "death notes" during Happy are taken from the fangame Really Happy Mouse.
- The laugh Mickey does halfway through Happy is taken directly from David Near's Suicide Mouse voice.
- Shrug Take: In the cutscene between the songs "Unhappy and Happy", Boyfriend sees Mickey twitch and smile of all sudden, but shrugs and continues to sing regardless.
- Slasher Smile: Mickey gains one starting from the second half of "Happy" onwards. It only gets worse in "Really Happy". Exaggerated in "Smile" where his smile is so large, it stretches beyond the edge of his face.
- Stepford Smiler: Mickey is a Type A. He acts happy in front of his fans to hide how his life is falling apart behind the scenes.
- Wham Shot: Mickey staring directly into the screen, Laughing Mad with a Ghostly Gape halfway through "Happy" to signify his breakdown.
- Adapted Out: On August 21, 2022, Shipy made a tweet on the official Sunday Night Suicide Overhaul Twitter account stating that anything that has TheMayz's influence is either being remade or scrapped from the overhaul entirely.
