Eight dimensions? Try sixteen.

Infinite Layers is an Idle Game by Dan Simon released in 2019. It plays like Antimatter Dimensions, with dimension 1 producing money and higher-tier dimensions producing lower-tier ones. You can then unlock more layers like Infinity, Eternity, Quantum (taken from Antimatter Dimensions NG Plus 3), and Reality, with each new tier producing power that boosts all lower ones. You also unlock two more mechanics to progress later on.

It is playable on Github.

This game provides examples of:

  • A.I.-Generated Economy: The ability to auto-purchase dimensions for a single layer is unlocked once you unlock the one two tiers after it. For instance, you can have autobuyer for money once you unlock eternity.
  • Billions of Buttons: There are more than fifty buttons for selecting different prestige layers displays by the endgame. No wonder you eventually get the option to not display those buttons as well.
  • Cap: Singularity power effect is initially capped at x^1.06000. It gets increased with incrementali galaxies.
  • Export Save: You can press a button to export the 1KB+ save file and paste it into a menu that pops up. It can grow up to 100KB by the endgame, but you can use the short save option to keep it below 40KB.
  • Kill Screen: When you're about to reach e1.78e308 money, the game will freeze and your browser will report that the site is slowing down the browser, as that is the limit of break_infinity.js from Aarex's library.
  • New Game Plus: You can reset for infinity points at 1e24 money, letting you buy infinity dimensions that produce infinity power, multiplying normal dimensions. Each subsequent prestige layer uses the previous one's currency to reset at 1e24 of its respective points and multiplies all the previous ones with its power.
