Trivia / Transformers: Call of the Future

• Acting for Two: Happens multiple times such as Robert Belgrade doing Optimus Prime and Soundwave in the cutscene where Megatron reveals that he lured the Autobots away from their shuttle in the Autobots' story and Jeff Manning doing Megatron and Galvatron after the future Autobots and Decepticons meet up with the present day ones.
• Creator Killer: This game's critical and commercial panning is at least partially responsible for the dire financial straits of its developer WinkySoft (the company had previously worked on the Super Robot Wars series before parting with Banpresto over creative differences). The company went bankrupt in 2015, having produced almost nothing after this game's release.
• Licensed Game: This is a video game tie-in to the 1980's The Transformers cartoon.
• No Export for You: In spite of the game featuring English voice acting, the game has never been released outside of Japan. Hasbro having no involvement with the game's development may be the main reason there hasn't been an overseas release.
• Unspecified Role Credit: All of the voice actors are credited in one big block of names with no indication as to who voiced who.
