  • Acting for Two: Frank Welker voices Djali and Achilles.
  • Billing Displacement: The end credits list the voices for the main characters alphabetically by last name, placing Quasimodo's credit third while Hugo's is up first.
  • Celebrity Voice Actor: The Japanese dub features actress and fashion model Rie Miyazawa as Madellaine.
  • Fake Mixed Race: Zephyr, who is half-white, half-Romani, is voiced by Haley Joel Osment, who is fully white.
  • The Foreign Subtitle: It's called The Hunchback of Notre Dame II: The Secret of Quasimodo in France.
  • The Other Darrin:

  • Real-Life Relative: In the French Canadian dub, Manuel Tadros reprises his role as Hugo and his son Xavier Dolan provides Zephyr's speaking voice.
  • Role Reprise:
    • Tom Hulce, Demi Moore, Kevin Kline, Charles Kimbrough, Jason Alexander and Paul Kandel reprise their respective roles as Quasimodo, Esmeralda, Phoebus, Victor, Hugo and Clopin from the first film.
    • In the Japanese dub, Atsushi Haruta and Kiyotaka Imai return to voice Hugo and Victor, respectively.
  • Sequel Gap: Sat in languishment long enough to qualify, having been released almost six years after the first movie.
  • The Shelf of Movie Languishment: The film has a copyright date of 2000, indicating that it sat on the shelf for two years before being released in 2002.

    • Jim Cummings, who voiced minor roles in the first film, voices the Archdeacon in II.
