• The Other Darrin: Possibly with Maria, who is established here as a resident of Sesame Street and a friend of the others. Actress Carla Pinza plays the role in this and an episode later in Season 2. It is not clear if this Maria is the same character as the one Sonia Manzano – who is eight years younger than Pinza – would play with the start of Season 3 and continue to play for the next 44 years (and make special appearances afterward); both Pinza and Manzano are Puerto Rican.
