- Actor Allusion: Rubin graffitis "ANDY WARHOL SUCKS A BIG ONE" on the window of a mobile home, claiming Warhol is a "fraud." Crispin Glover portrayed Andy Warhol in The Doors biopic, also released in 1991.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: The VHS went out of print quickly, after which director Trent Harris could only sell burn-to-order copies of it on DVD, which also ran out quickly. It eventually got a blu-ray release in 2020.
