  • The Jannetty to Bradshaw, when the APA split up the second time in 2004 and Bradshaw repackaged himself as JBL. Of course he was retiring, as well.
• What Could Have Been: Was originally set to face Rick Rude at Starrcade '92, but Rude dropped out at the last minute due to a severe injury and was replaced by "Dr. Death" Steve Williams; It's been rumored that Simmons would've dropped the World Heavyweight belt to Rude there had it gone to plan.
