• Acclaimed Flop: ALL of Augie March's output prior to Moo, You Bloody Choir was this. Although they received great critical responses, their albums never fared as well commercially.
• Breakthrough Hit: One Crowded Hour was the song that put Augie March on the map and is the main reason they didn't fade into obscurity. Although for lot of people, it's the only song of theirs they know.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Although their albums are far from difficult to obtain, the same cannot be said for their pre-M,YBC singles, which tend to be rather difficult to track down. Subverted though, as when they do show up, they don't tend to be very expensive.
