- Afterlife with Archie: When Ginger and Kevin use bows and arrows to defeat a zombie Coach Kleats, they affectionately refer to each other as "Ginger Spice" and "Queen Arrow".
- In Youngblood (2017), Shaft gets an arm ripped off. Considering he was based on Roy Harper, it's hard not to see this as a blatant reference to Justice League: Cry for Justice.
Film
- The Dark Knight Rises: While in his reclusive period, Bruce becomes a socially conscious billionaire with a Van Dyke goatee who takes up archery, similarly to Green Arrow.
- In The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, Katniss' hooded cape attire looks similar to the black Mia Dearden/Speedy II costume from the Green Arrow comics.
- Emberverse: In A Meeting at Corvallis, Arminger's Grand Constable, Conrad Renfrew, recalls a time five years ago (and five years post-Change) when PPA forces "were smoking a lunatic archer in green out of the ruins of Seattle." Guess what West Coast city DC Comics bowman Green Arrow has been known to operate out of.
- A Song of Ice and Fire: House Stark was confirmed to be a reference to Iron Man; there are heraldic sigils in Tywin Lannister's army referencing the Blue Beetle, Green Arrow, and other comic book characters as well.
Music
- The Radiators (US): "I Want to Go Where the Green Arrow Goes" references the comic book character.
- Toon supplement Tooniversal Tour Guide in the Supertoon setting. The Green Sparrow is a Green Arrow Expy.
- Heroes of the Storm: One of Sylvanas' Ranger-General skins is a green variation (with her hood and cape tinted green), and she also has a black stripe across her face at the eyes, which looks like a domino mask similar to Green Arrow's.
- Mortal Kombat X: Kung Jin has a costume which makes him the game's version of Green Arrow.
- The Sims: Many of the comics are fairly blatant Shout Outs and they include Archie Archer, a Green Arrow pastiche.
- League of Super Redundant Heroes: This page contains what is essentially a gender-swapped Green Arrow.
