- New Transfer Student: Alvin is introduced by being the new kid at a school, and though he is nervous at first, he quickly connects with the other students by singing and dancing.
- Reused Character Design: One of the background characters in this episode is a recolor of Rosa Parks. And later, Alvin's school friends are shown singing on stage with Yadina in the present. Maybe they're time travelers too?
