Continuing from the previous episode, the team and their wives must deal with the consequences of the squad’s actions in the last mission. Bob is left “holding the bag”, having to answer some very uncomfortable questions from the FBI about the Army illegally operating on US soil. Kim gets into an argument with Bob, then tries to comfort a newly widowed woman only to be unceremoniously shut out. Molly has to answer some uncomfortable questions about a shot fired in her house.
And we see Tiffy Gerhardt cheating on her husband with Colonel Ryan, the Unit’s CO.

- All of the Other Reindeer: Kim finds out that Keisha, a fellow Air Cavalry soldier’s wife has just been widowed. She heads over to Keisha to comfort her and help with anything. Only Keisha rebuffs Kim and asks her to leave, because Kim’s husband has come home to a stateside duty station, and she is no longer considered an actual deployed soldier’s wife anymore. She isn’t a “Cavalry wife” anymore. Kim can’t reveal that she is now a spec ops wife, whose husband can now be deployed without any timetable.
- Call-Back: MPs show up to investigate Jonas shooting a monkey toy in the previous episode.
- Poor Communication Kills: Kim phones HQ and leaves a message to Bob to “call home”. HQ garbles the message to state “come home” instead. An angry Bob immediately comes home and berates Kim for pulling him away from work for a non-serious problem.
- The Reveal: Tiffy is cheating on Mack with Colonel Tom Ryan.
