The Action News Team discovers Gus has a secret passion for opera music and help him overcome his stage fright.- All Part of the Show: Before Gus's performance of "My Friends", the Action News Team sets up a trap involving spraying mustard at him to ruin his reputation. Once it's too late to stop it, they instead crash his performance and take the hits for him. The audience is convinced it's all part of his performance, and thus they deliberately incorporate it into subsequent performances.
- Gone Horribly Right: The Action News Team succeeds in curing Gus's performance anxiety, but at the cost of him completely remodeling the Games and Grub into an opera house.
- To the Tune of...: "My Friends" is set to the tune of "Funiculi, Funicula".
