While fighting Dr. Light in the Arctic, the Titans discover a Lost World, and two new heroes- the caveman G'narrk and Kole, a girl who can turn herself into a crystal. While they get along, Dr. Light decides that Kole's abilities are perfect for his new weapon!
Tropes
- The Beastmaster: Averted, Beast Boy's Animorphism allows him to turn into animals and talk with them, but not to actually control them, nor does it grant him any social affinity with them. When the Titans try to take advantage from it to communicate with hungry raptors, all this gets them is confirmation that yes, they do want to eat them.
- Character Title
- Eating Contest: Cyborg and Gnnark had one of these, with Cyborg winning and Gnarrk getting a Vomit Discretion Shot from overeating.
- The End... Or Is It?: The episode ends with Robin giving Kole a communicator...unaware that doing so has put girl and caveman on the Brotherhood of Evil's radar.
- Living MacGuffin: Kole becomes the Damsel in Distress because Dr. Light needs her crystal form to absorb the Northern Lights.
- Not-So-Harmless Villain: Dr. Light is much harder to beat this time around, as noted by Beast Boy.
- Running Gag: Cyborg calling G'narrk Nark, only to be corrected.
- Stalker Shot: After taking down Dr. Light, Robin gives Kole and Gnarrk a communicator and tells them to call them if they're ever in danger. Kole tells them they probably won't need it because they're going back to where they belong and no one's going to bother them there, until the camera cuts to The Brotherhood of Evil at their base. They were listening to them the entire time through their communicator and were able to pinpoint their location.

Dr. Light: And up here in the arctic circle, no one will ever come to stop me!Robin: Wanna bet?- Dr. Light falls through the crumbling ice, but it seems the Titans are safe.
Beast Boy: That was close!Raven: You just had to say it. *cue collapsing ice* - Took a Level in Badass: Dr. Light finally, finally becomes a significant threat this time round, actually fending off all the Titans at once and delivering a Curb-Stomp Battle to the heroes. He even managed to take down Raven, who wipes the floor with him in his previous two encounters. Unfortunately for him it doesn't last.
