Chief finds out Brooklyn Guy is missing one crucial part to being a cop; he never passed fifth grade, in account of moving from Brooklyn before he could properly finish. To remedy this, he sends Guy to WHY U DUMB? Elementary to finish what he started.

- Butt-Monkey: Downplayed since theres no physical violence, but Penelope has it bad this episode. Not only is her father forced by court to temporarily attend her school, he continuously embarrasses her with his actions, all culminating in him pathetically crying in front of the whole class after a singular hit.Penelope: This is the most embarrassing day of my life.
- Here We Go Again!: Eventually, Brooklyn Guy finds a loophole and threatens Chu to let him pass lest he gets in trouble with the rest of the department, letting him keep his cop job. But then the chief finds out he didn't pass kindergarten either...
- Manchild: Brooklyn Guy's most notable traits get to shine in this episode; he plays around with his pencils in class, sings along with the rest of the class to "Wheels on The Bus", picks his nose and tries to throw a booger along with Jeffy, and ultimately cries up a storm when Jackie Chu hits him. It’s no wonder Penelope thinks it’s embarrassing.
