Sarah becomes too overconfident after an easy test and all Rangers face the same issue when a monster pretends to be a wimp.
Tropes:
- An Aesop: Never be overconfident of your success just because you were able to handle something well the first time.
- Crazy-Prepared: When Monty eats lots of beans so the eventual farting can get both him and Victor out of a test, Mrs. Finch produces enough gas masks for all but two students.
- Never My Fault: Victor fails a test and blames it on Monty, whose answers he copied.
- Right Behind Me: Sarah is complaining about the unfairness of the second test issued by Mrs. Finch being harder than the first one right when Mrs. Finch is walking behind her.
- Throwing The Game: The Rangers easily dispatch Brax after he acts like a weak wimp in their first encounter. It turns out Brax was faking his cowardly ways to lure the Rangers into a sense of false security to defeat them in their next encounter.
