Liko and Sprigatito have forgotten everything they been through, except after they met. Fortunately, Liko and Sprigatito recovered their memories. Meanwhile, the Rising Volt Tacklers go searching for Liko. Dot even decided to leave her room and the Brave Olivine to find Liko, as she formally meets Roy. After reuniting with her friends, Liko meets Dot in person for the first time and realize that her pendent was stolen from her. The Rising Volt Tacklers agree to get it back.

This episode contains examples of the following tropes:

  • Amnesia Episode: Liko and Sprigatito lost their memories of their adventures with the Rising Volt Tacklers.
  • Connected All Along: Dot is acquainted with Iono, the Levencia Gym Leader.
  • Continuity Nod: Roy speaks to Brassius off-screen, but the Gym Leader didn't see Liko since the last time she visited the town.
  • Didn't Think This Through: Dot manages to get in touch with Iono to do a collaboration in the hopes they can find Liko, at least without arousing suspicion about her or her pendant. The initial choice of game—hide and seek—winds up turning into a game of tag when everyone in Levencia takes to task in trying to hunt a user with a Sprigatito down.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Though she and Liko initially did get off to a frosty start, Dot does not take Liko's disappearance lightly; even if she feels that going outside is too much of a pain for her, she takes it upon herself to join the search with Friede.
  • Famed In-Story: Iono is already a legendary streamer in her own right, and racks up some serious numbers whenever she goes on.
  • Foreshadowing: It's revealed that Spinel is still hanging around town. But since he has Liko's pendant, shouldn't he skip town and run away with it? His presence is crucial to the next episode, and why he's still present despite being at risk for getting found.
  • Internal Reveal: Liko and Roy finally get to see what Dot looks like, though only Roy immediately figures out who it is.
  • It Amused Me: Once Liko is found, Iono reveals herself as having followed the group the entire time, implying she could have just pointed out Liko to the rest of them, but kept going for the sake of the streaming numbers.
  • It's All My Fault: Dot blames herself for Liko going missing, thinking that it wouldn't have happened if she hadn't been so frustrated with herself.
  • Laser-Guided Amnesia: Through Spinel's Beheeyem, Liko and Sprigatito went through this, as they don't remember anything up to the point of first meeting each other.
  • Mythology Gag:
    • Iono's game of having everyone in town track down Liko is pulled straight from her Gym Challenge in the games, though the person that needs to be found in that story is Director Clavell (or Mr. Walksabout, as she calls him).
    • Dot becoming physically exhausted after running around for so long calls Clemont and his poor physicality to mind. Luckily for Dot, there's no Bonnie around to mock how out of shape she is.
  • Oh, Crap!:
    • Dot has this when she realizes that everyone in town found Liko, but are now gunning to chase her down.
    • Liko has one when she sees her pendant is missing.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Dot is so worried sick for Liko's safety, she willingly brings herself out of her room and requests that Friede bring her along to join the search.
  • Red Herring: Spinel is clever enough to feed the Rising Volt Tacklers false intel that Liko was spotted in Artazon.
  • Shock and Awe: Iono specializes in Electric Types, and has a Belibolt as her signature partner.
  • Spanner in the Works: The first stages of Spinel's plan begins to fall apart because he failed to account for the one Rising Volt Tackler he was seemingly unaware of: Dot, who spots his trick and sends the rest of the team on the right path to finding Liko.
  • Squishy Wizard: Dot is exceptionally gifted in the realm of technology, but she's far from physically active. When she tries running around town to find Liko, she's physically exhausted and on the verge of running out of energy.
  • Zerg Rush: Once all of Levencia sees a girl with a Sprigatito, the entire town rushes after Liko to win the game.
