Bonnie accidentally switches bags with another little girl at the Pokémon Center and finds the girl's Pichu instead of her Dedenne. Ash and co. must track the other girl down and make an exchange. Meanwhile, the other little girl, Lyn, who discovers the same mistake, tries to find our heroes.
This episode contains examples of the following tropes:
- Big Damn Heroes: Lyn and Dedenne are being chased by a swarm of Beedrill and are only saved when Ash and Clemont show up and drive them away.
