Goren and Eames attempt to nail down a lawyer suspected of drowning his several mistresses in a bathtub to keep his affairs hidden from his unknowing wife.
- Business Trip Adultery: A variant. Henry masquerades his planned murder of one of his mistresses in Connecticut by telling his wife he's staying overnight on business in Philly.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Henry manages to absolutely screw himself over by his inability to stop flirting with Detective Eames, which Goren makes his wife Denise watch through a two-way mirror. Unable to deny the truth of her situation any longer, Denise finally gives in, and provides the squad with the evidence they need to arrest him for his crimes.
