Written By:Shogo Muto
Directed By: Satoshi Morota

Sento: A war’s erupted between Touto, Hokuto, and Seito over the immense energy within Pandora’s Box. In order to protect Touto, Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento attempts to defeat Seito’s Kamen Rider Rogue, but has a difficult time. During the battle, Misora shows up, acting different than usual…
Ryuga: Hold up, did Misora walk to the Sky Wall barefoot?
Sento: Yeah, and?
Sento: That’s what you’re curious about? Her eyes were glowing green! Pay better attention during episode 25!

Gentoku has apparently defected to Seito and became Kamen Rider Rogue. When we last left off at the end of #24, the Riders were struggling against Rogue and the Hell Bros. when Misora ominously walked over to their battlefield. What could this mean for our heroes?

Episode Tropes:

  • The Bad Guy Wins: Despite the efforts of the Riders, they couldn’t prevent Masaru from being killed by Rogue, and ultimately lose Pandora’s Box as a result of Sento being unable to differentiate between friend and foe when he loses control in RabbitTank Hazard.
  • Bluffing the Murderer: Sento has Ryuga go around telling various government entities in Touto where they were going to move Pandora’s Box to keep it safe from Seito while helping Misora learn more about her bangle. When the Washio brothers travel to the Touto Engineering Factory, they manage to figure out who the mole is and are able to confront him, but are unable to stop the mole from killing himself.
  • The Bus Came Back: This episode marks the return of the Beat Closer weapon since the last time Ryuga used it in #16.
  • Dreaming of Times Gone By: Sento learns from reading Misora’s brainwaves that when she synchronizes with her bangle, she has a vision of what might have been the end of civilization on Mars, and this apparently happens every time Misora has purified a FullBottle.
    • In fact Misora states that the purification only happens when she thinks "Please, don't happen again" when seeing the vision.
  • Foreshadowing: Two examples:
    • At the start of the episode, Misora mentions the name “Evolt” in her trance, but when questioned on it by Sento, Soichi says he doesn’t know of it.
    • At the very end of the episode, Misora’s bangle reacts to the energy emanating from RabbitTank Hazard and causes Sento’s Tank half visor to match his Rabbit half’s visor.
  • Mind over Matter: Whatever it was that possessed Misora, it possessed the ability to easily levitate Rogue and the Hell Bros. into the air, create a gap in the Skywall, and then throw them through the gap before sealing gap.
  • Senseless Sacrifice: Masaru tries to stop Gentoku from taking Pandora’s Box by fighting him despite being aware that Gentoku significantly outmatches him as Rogue instead of trying to run away with Pandora’s Box in tow.
  • Tyke Bomb: When Soichi informs Sento that Touto’s military secrets are exposed to Seito, he mentions this to be the work of the Nanba Children, orphans who were indoctrinated and trained to be scientists, military agents, spies, and other such professions from a very young age that swear absolute loyalty to Jusaburo Nanba. As it so happens, the Washio brothers and Utsumi happen to also be part of the Nanba Children.
  • Weak, but Skilled: When the Riders confront the Washio brothers in the Touto Engineering Factory, Sento makes clever use of KujiraSyoubousya and RoseSyoubousya to restrain Engine Bro’s long enough for Kazumi to arrive and back them up.
    • Fridge Brilliance kicks in when you see how he did it. Freezing and water logging an engine damages it. Likewise if he had used flames the same would've occurred. Sento fought using his brain.
