The story of how Snuffy came to live in Tarrytown. Jay Jay is bitter when his friends get so caught up in the arrival of a new plane named "Snuffy" that they don't seem to have time to do anything with him! Frustrated, Jay Jay turns to Brenda Blue who helps him realize that just because there is a new plane at the hangar, it doesn't mean your friends love you any less. In fact, a new plane is just a chance to make a new best friend!
