With spring in the air, Snuffy practices skywriting a picture that will be part of the Tarrytown Spring Festival. But, his eyes become "scratchy" and his vision blurs so much that he creates a big smoke mess everywhere. Snuffy asks Brenda Blue for help and she explains that it is the spring pollen that is causing his blurred vision. She rigs a set of goggles for him and Snuffy learns to always tell an adult when he is not feeling well.
