On the day the class has to go to the nurse for lice testing, Fanboy and Chum Chum fall for her, but when it turns out Fanboy doesn't have lice while Chum Chum does, Fanboy gets jealous and the two begin fighting for her attention.
Tropes:
- An Aesop: Don't fight over someone to get their attention, it'll only make things worse.
- Bottle Episode: Set entirely at the school.
- Didn't Think This Through: Fanboy makes the mistake of refusing to take his cowl off so Pam can examine him (because it would expose his Secret Identity), as this renders him invulnerable from any source of lice and is perfectly fine.
- Dissension Remorse: FB and CC immediately stop their feud over Pam when she reveals she's dating Man-Arctica.
- Double Entendre: In the beginning of the episode, Pam states not only she likes Man-Arctica, but loves him, referring to being a fan. It turns out near the end she is literally in love with him, as if dating.
- Feud Episode: Fanboy and Chum Chum have another one, this time around the nurse.
- Green-Eyed Monster: Fanboy becomes one due to Chum Chum spending time with Pam and not himself.
- Mundane Made Awesome: The entire episode, built around lice. Quite gruesome though...
- Secret Identity: Fanboy is revealed to have one; he doesn't want to remove his cowl mask as it would reveal it.
- Shout-Out: To Ice Ice Baby, anyone?
