Now that Ashley and Jimmy are back together, Ash struggles with her identity. In particular, she wants to explore her "darker" side, and Jimmy liked preppy-Ashley better. The class looks at this through acting out scenes from The Taming of the Shrew.
After an inspiring sex ed class, JT persistently persuades Toby that they need to buy multiple packs of condoms, just in case, despite Toby not even wanting to think about having sex. When Spinner finds out, he threatens Toby knowing that Toby is dating Spinner's sister Kendra, but Toby has to clarify he has no intentions and explains that it was JT's idea. As such, the next day Spinner humiliates JT by decorating him with the pack of the glow-in-the-dark condoms for the next science class.
