Sane Krieg: All kinds of people die out here. The innocent and the not-so-innocent. If I'm lucky, he hasn't noticed me yet. I want to warn him, I wanna tell him to run, to hide, to get out of sight so I won't have to kill him. That's what I wanna say. What actually comes out of my mind is-

Psycho Krieg: I HAVE THE SHINIEST MEAT BICYCLE!

Bandit: AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!

Sane Krieg: Heh. Close enough.

This short film was the announcement for the Psycho pack and told the story of how he met the Vault Hunters. The pack itself added Krieg as a playable class (the Psycho).

The short film begins with a narration from the "sane" part of Krieg, as we see a bandit approaching a hanged up body. As the narration continues, a Psycho minding his own business appears, and stealthily stands behind the unsuspecting bandit. When the narrator ends talking, the camera focuses on this psycho while the background Turns Red, and he lets a scream get out before hacking the Bandit with his buzzsaw.

The next scene shows this Psycho (whose "sane" part is now revealed as the narrator), alternating between a contemplating, suave voice and psycho screams, before a train almost crushes him as he sidesteps out of its way. Then he spots Maya, one of the Vault Hunters from the base game, awaiting the train. He immediately is smitten with her presence.

Sane Krieg: She's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. Tell her she's as gorgeous as a thousand sunsets, tell her that you need her help, tell her to rescue you, care for you, and whatever you do, do NOT scream the word poop at the top of your lungs!

So, naturally...

Psycho Krieg: I AM THE CONDUCTOR OF THE POOP TRAIN!

Contrary to his wishes, this scream prompts Maya to attack him. Then the Rats appear and attack her from behind. It takes a bit for the Sane Krieg to convince the Psycho side to help her, but eventually he does.

Psycho Krieg: WATCH OUT, PRETTY LADY!

He proceeds to rampage and kill the rats with his buzzaxe. And when one of them is about to sic on him, Maya restrains him with her Phaselock ability, allowing Krieg to finish the Rat.

As the narration ends, the two depart in the train towards their set destination.

This trailer shows examples of:

• Dead Guy on Display: The opening scene features a hanged up guy being watched by a Bandit.
• Lame Last Words: The Sane part of Krieg laments this as Maya guns him down before the rats appear.
  Sane Krieg: It's over, idiot. You're gonna die, and your last words will be "Poop train".
• Male Gaze: The close-up of Maya starts at the curves of her rear and lower back and slowly pans up. Then again, considering Krieg's reaction to her, this makes sense.
• One-Way Visor: The bandit Krieg butchers at the start.
• Poor Communication Kills: When Krieg first met Maya, his inner voice wants to tell her how much he loves her, how he hopes she can save him, and also to not shout the word 'poop' at the top of his lungs. What comes out:
  "I'M THE CONDUCTOR OF THE POOP TRAIN!"
• Ship Tease: The short film shows that the reason Krieg became a Vault Hunter was because he fell in love with Maya.
