Sunni uses a magical hat to impersonate Princess Calla while the real Calla tries to live as a commoner.
Tropes:
- Contrived Coincidence: Calla tries to live as a commoner while Sunni impersonates her in spite of neither character knowing of the other's plans or, in Calla's case, knowing of the other's existence.
- Covered in Mud: After Sunni uses the changing hat to shapeshift into Princess Calla, Cubbi intentionally covers himself in mud by stripping himself and rolling around in a nearby mud puddle, thus disguising himself as an ordinary bear cub to accompany "Calla."
- Helium Speech: After Calla uses the hat to shapeshift into Igthorn, Zummi tries to deepen her voice with a spell, but this spell ends up having the opposite effect, making the voice higher. Although Zummi returns Calla's normal voice, he puts the same spell on Igthorn himself, making him sound like he's swallowed helium.
- Internal Reveal: Calla learns the Gummi Bears are real.
- Underside Ride: Zummi, Grammi, Gruffi, Tummi, and Cubbi all get under an ogre’s cart to rescue Sunni.
