Ex-soldier Shawn Castillo has been called in for a special case by the government; namely, a vicious mass murder in what was (supposedly) a medical center for troubled young men. In truth, the facility is part of a government project to clone famous serial killers in an attempt to discover (and harness) whatever made them so effective at killing. Castillo sets out to find the escaped clones at any cost, before he comes across a possible lead: the head researcher's teenage son, Jeffrey. There's just one problem...
