Heartwarming / Rainbow Rocket Ed-scendant

• In general the Eds relationship with their Pokemon, even Eddy who is a jerk sometimes has learned to care for his teammates.

• Kevin really cares for his Charizard buck, and the feelings shared, as Kevin saved it from starving as a charmeleon and Buck evolving to save Kevin, Rolf and the Eds.

• Volty wanting to join the Eds due to Watt being rejected by his coloration by the Pikachu clan, and the shiny Pikachu knows how that feels.

• Polter pretty much wearing her Pikachu costume basically as a tribute to it even calling Watt (A pichu mind you) Her friend.

• Eddy's primeape King used to punch his trainer on release, however after almost taking the bullet for him from a powered up Machamp, he seems to have some respect for his trainer afterwards.

• The end of chapter 29 has Ed revealing that Spiritomb tricked him thinking his friends mostly use him, Double D and surprisingly Eddy tell him that's wrong, say what you will about Eddy but he really does care about his friends.
  Eddy: Yeah! You think we coulda done all those scams way back then without you? Sockhead's the brains, and I'm just the guy standing back and barking orders. But when it comes to muscle, you're the strongest I know, plus you got a lot of heart! In this world, that's worth respecting!

• In chapter 36 Gladion's Silvally is infected with the "R" Substance and attacks Gladion but the teen calms the powerful pokemon pretty quickly despite having his arm in it's mouth.

• Cynder's reunion with his Mother and older brother is this, but it also crosses over into funny when Cynder comments about his evolution to his older brother who's still a cyndaquil.

• The ending of Chapter 36 has this, Cynder is reunited with his family and has the chance with staying with them again, but his family tells him to stay with Double D and not to worry about them, Roto-z explains that Cynder wants to help Double D stop the people that took away his family and the people that forced Double D to leave his own.
