    • Barry giving Iris a big reunion kiss.

    • Wolverine is given a new chance to have a family again by Hank McCoy.
    • Hank is given a new chance to change the world with the Avengers.

  • Sins, Sirens & Strife;
    • When DCEU Martian Manhunter confesses how apprehensive he feels about outing himself as an alien refugee to Earth, the whole Justice League offers him support. Heck, Billy Batson even pledges the Shazam Family will go and kick the ass of everyone bullying the new guy out of racism.
    • Thor finds out that his lost friend Balder is not only alive, but also a long-lost brother, and with the help of J'onn, they get a new chance to bond again in New Asgard.
  • In Distant Cousins, Kara has to feel joy at Astra being alive again. For her part, Astra is stunned to learn her sister Alura is alive on Argo.
    • The reveal of what made Ben Lockwood give up his alien hating ways — when both he and his wife were dusted, a Thanagarian kept watch over his son. This made him realize that not all aliens are evil.
    • Earth-38's Peter Parker gets seriously injured saving a little girl during the Doomsday fight. Several of the heroes check up on him at the hospital later.
  • In Infinity Crisis: The Inhumans, Joey Tallarico is shown fiercely defending the Inhumans from Billy Roberts's accusations that the Inhumans are all as monstrous as Maximus on Tana Moon's talk show.
  • Counterpart Conferences;
    • The Batman of the DC Animated Universe is privately pleased that at least one version of himself- the Bruce Wayne of Earth-2005- was able to retire from Batman with Gotham saved, to the extent that he admits to Alfred that he feels envious of one iteration who was able to find a life with the woman he loved.
    • At first, the Stargirls of Earth-1, Earth-2, and Earth-167 are annoyed by each other. However, they come around to how they're just so much alike and by the end of the tale are bonding as friends.
    • While the prospect of the Ivys and the Catwomen having some long-term plan is a point of concern at least, the Harleys seem to genuinely want to help each other get better, with Earth-51 Harley advising her Earth-1992 counterpart to get over the Joker.
  • In Salvation Run, Diggle, Felicity, and Laurel all have no hesitation in assuring Oliver that he has no reason to blame himself for not realizing that Felicity and Laurel had been replaced with Skrull impersonators, with Laurel affirming that Oliver is no longer the frat boy who cheated on her before the island, but a true hero who has always become better as he changed.
    • Laurel reuniting with Quentin.
  • In Test Tube Troubles, a small group reveals that they are the genetically engineered children of various minor-league villains created by Miles Warren, but they were raised in secret by Pedro, a clone of Peter Parker, who appears to have done his best to raise them to be heroes despite his own origin giving him every right to be angry at the world.
    • As a further extension of this, although Tony never met Gwen himself, he is disgusted on behalf of Gwen and Spider-Man when he learns that Miles Warren used Gwen's DNA to create a 'daughter', indirectly showing his respect for the wall-crawler.
  • In Make the Yuletide Amazing: An Infinity Crisis Christmas Story: Firestar and Sunfire are married with a daughter, who wants to become a hero just like her parents one day.
    • Their Spider-Man may be dead, but Firestar and Iceman both miss him very much and are proud of him for dying a hero.

    • Even though his reasons for taking up the mantle are a Tear Jerker, the sequel story An Amazing New Year reveals that a new Spider-Man has risen in Miles Morales.
    • Alongside Miles, a new generation of Spider-Friends has become active, with a new Iceman in Jerry Chang, and Sandra "Stratosfire" Vincent as the new Firestar.
    • Sandy Vincent credits Bobby Drake for giving her he courage to come out as a lesbian to her family, and says that the LGBTQ+ community see him as an inspiration.
    • The two surviving original Spider-Friends assure Miles that they have no issue with him operating as the new Spider-Man, and are in fact happy that there is a new one.
  • Of Mice and Mojo has Blossom and Bubbles collecting mementos from their old kindergarten for when they find Buttercup.
  • A Darker Shade of Red has the Superman of Earth-167 manage to get through to Brandon, not by beating him into submission but by calmly talking him down and showing the boy that he still has a chance to do some good for the world rather than terrorize it.
  • Generation Gaps
    • Steve and Sharon patching their relationship up. For anyone who didn't like how Steve came off in his treatment of her in canon, it's nice to see him admit that he took her for granted here.
    • Steve, Sam, and Bucky follow Sharon's pointer to seek out Isaiah Bradley. Like in canon, Isaiah isn't particularly open initially, still embittered and hurt by his past experiences. However, after some discussion, he comes around when Sam encourages him to come back into the light and not let what's happened to him simply fade away from history and even moreso when Steve reveals he's getting the President to give Isaiah a pardon and his own exhibit at the Smithsonian. The scene closes out on Isaiah and Steve laughing over old baseball games and Sam noting that seeing Isaiah let the bitterness go is a sweet sight.
  • Glimpses
    • Walter promising the saber-tooth tiger Denis Leary that he'll help him get back to his own world.
    • The Bailey School Kids gang tracking down Carole, desperate to find Ms. Jeepers after the Snap. Carole, for her part, is as supportive and helpful as she can be within the restraints of her oracle powers.
    • Ben made a Heroic Sacrifice that rendered him Ret-Gone in order to keep Earth-192 safe from the Skrulls. A true hero to the end.
      • He also made Paradox make sure of a few things, like that Kevin would get the happy childhood that he didn't get the first time around, and that Julie would get the Omnitrix in his place, trusting her to wield it.
    • When Spider-Girl questions why Amphibian would be giving the Argonite to her rather than the Avengers, he reassures her, saying that seeing her in action would have made him give it to her even if he hadn't been told.
  • Infinity Crisis Aftermath: Skysurfin' Surprise
    • The canon cartoon series never got to have Jack Hollister finally prove his father Adam innocent of the theft of the AI that helped create Cybron. This story establishes that by the events of it, Jack was able to finally defeat Cybron once and for all, and prove his father's innocence.
    • Cerina's love for Jack Hollister inspired her to turn on her father and become a Skysurfer herself.
    • The canon series never mentions Jack's mother. Here, she's revealed to not only still be alive, but helped develop and maintain the weaponry the Skysurfers use in their battle against evil.
  • Infinity Crisis Aftermath: Batman Family:
    • Bruce is shown to have a good relationship with his daughter Helena.
    • The 8th Doctor managed to rescue Captain Carter and Steve Rogers from their reality before it was destroyed, the two having been reunited due to the temporal shenanigans going on.
  • Infinity Crisis Aftermath: Therapy Session:
    • Sam's concern for Wanda and recommending that she talk with someone about her trauma rather than bury and ignore it.
    • Vision's surprise for Wanda - he's bought a little plot of land for them to build a home together. Given that he was legitimately fixed up and brought back from death here, this means they can avoid the grief of what happened in canon.
  • Infinity Crisis Aftermath: An Avenging Christmas:
    • Clarence Odbody telling Captain Carter and her Steve that despite their universe being destroyed, they've done good since becoming companions of the Eighth Doctor.
  • Infinity Crisis Aftermath: Mystical Conference:
    • This story reveals that when Professor Paradox erased Ben Tennyson from Earth-192 to save it from the Skrulls, he unknowingly sent Ben to live on Earth-199596. And even though Ben can't return to his home universe, he's been able to create a new life on his new home Earth. He's even had a career as an adventurer and is starting a new romance.
  • Infinity Crisis: The Girl From TORONTO:
    • In the appearance of that Earth's Carol "Captain Marvel" Danvers, she is shown to be nothing but kind and helpful to Mei, Abby, Miriam, Priya, and Tyler. She even gifts them with a signal device like Fury's. In turn, the kids all openly admire her and gush about how cool she is.
  • Infinity Crisis Aftermath: Downtime-712:
    • This one-shot shows that the Gaines family have become a surrogate family for Jasmine, their late son/brother's girlfriend and successor as Nuke.
      • It's even more heartwarming when one keeps in mind that Jasmine is a transwoman. Downtime-712 revealed that she was outed by a rival in the hopes that it would have disgusted Albert Gaines. It ended up having the opposite effect: it made him admire her even more and say she was the bravest woman he knew.
    • Blue Eagle's teammates assure him that the Golden Agency don't hold anything against him for the less than desired qualities of his grandfather, their late estranged teammate James Dore I/Bald Eagle. It's also established that the Agency also didn't hold anything against his father, the first Blue Eagle, either.
  • Infinity Crisis: Distant Cousins Aftermath:
    • This story revealed that the reason why the Flashes found Pietro's spirit in the Speed Force and were able to bring him back to life was because his spirit was brought there by the ghost of his biological mother Natalya Maximoff, the previous Scarlet Witch.
  • Infinity Crisis Aftermath: Batfamily Christmas:
    • Bruce and Selina are encouraging and loving parents to Helena, who in turn loves them greatly. It's a sharp, cathartic contrast with the bitter Bruce from the canon Batman Beyond, which Earth-1989 is otherwise heavily based on. When he approaches the three, Clarence Odbody cites this happiness and love as why they shouldn't lose hope in the face of the coming threats to their world (which he promises to help with, even if indirectly).
  • Not So Super Strides
    • When Jason Ionello is picking on an injured Peter, Flash Thompson slams Jason against a locker and tells everyone to leave Peter alone. Flash apologizes to Peter for his own bullying, impressed by how he saved that girl and becomes an unlikely friend.
